Brewed in collaboration with Lallemand and fermented with LalBrew NovaLager™ a modern hybrid yeast made for crisp, expressive lagers. It brings subtle aromatics, a pleasantly juicy mouthfeel, and a clean finish. Nelson Sauvin, Kohatu, and Riwaka layer in bright tropical and white grape notes. Balanced by a smooth malt base of Light Lager, Crystal Wheat, and Vienna.
