We chose a blend of 10 year Elijah Craig and Willet Family Estate barrels to play off the addition of coconut (both raw and toasted), Madagascar vanilla beans and Greenglass coffee. Decadent and smooth, balanced nicely by the barrel heat and subtle chocolate roast from the coffee.
