A few years ago, we brewed a West Coast IPA while Dominion City Brewing Co made an East Coast IPA, which reflected where we're located (Toronto = West, Ottawa = East). Now, we're turning the map of Ontario on its head and swapping styles!Our version of this East Coast IPA is perfectly hazy, pillowy soft, and has a light body, with notes of fuzzy peach candies, pineapple juice, and honeydew melon.
