Specially brewed to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Prud’homme Beer Certification®. Von Bingen Lager is a dry hopped with Mosaic hops with a nod to Hildegaard Von Bingen who discovered that hops could be used as a preservative in the 12th century.Pours a cloudy light gold with a large white foamy head. The aroma is bursting with bright tropical fruit, herbal woodsy hops and a touch of citrus zest. The flavour is clean and refreshing with notes of mango and a resinous hop finish. Moderately carbonated with a light body and medium length crisp finish which leaves you wanting more.Served exclusively at Venture Fest 2019.
