Cellar Bier

Literally, cellar beer. Our very first brew at Twelve Percent was a German-style pilsner; drawing inspiration from one of our favorite Bavarian breweries. A grist of German malted barley, Noble hops (Tettnang & Mittlefruh), and German yeast were chosen. In Germany, Kellerbier is expected to have haze presence; you will notice our beer follows that guideline.
