Bottled on 7/21/21 - brewed with German pilsner malt, wheat, oats. Initially fermented with a Belgian yeast and then transferred to an aging tank with a selected blend of brettanomyces isolates and wild captured yeast and lactobacillus from our family farm in Rosie, AR. Bottle conditioned and naturally carbonated.
