First fill Woodford BourbonSecond fill Cherry BitterThird fill braggotFourth fill Grand CruAfter ageing for nearly a year we bottled this beer in 75cl bottles with champagne yeast. And let it referment for 2 months. We removed the yeast according the traditional method and put a cork inside the bottle. Only 246 bottles made!
