A Little To the Left

Yeah, we mostly make hazy IPA, but this one is a little to the left - a little towards the West Coast if you know what we mean. We start off with a golden amber colour which, although unfiltered and unfined, has brightened up a treat. Upfront we have piney and citric aromas which entice your first sip. On the palate, we have a comfortable upfront bitterness, followed by flavours of sticky marmalade, clean pine and smooth citrus. All in all, we think this is one of the smoothest and more well balanced West Coast IPA's we've made to date.
