This cider is a co-ferment of locally grown pawpaws from Mountain Paradise Farm and apple juice from our own cider fruit. This fermented cider was then bottle-conditioned to produce a dry, naturally-sparkling cider with aromas of pawpaw, soursop, lemon and coconut, balanced by crisp acidity.
