Welcome to 2022’s last exclusive… a twist on a recent beer you received in your last pack. All the berries in this pack had us thinking… chocolate!! So we added cacao nibs and let the beer sit for a wee while… The result? Big choc-berry aroma, kinda like a dark chocolate adult dessert! On the palate, the berries are front and centre, but the cacao nibs really play into that adult dark chocolate (think 95% cacao type chocolate)… The acidity from the fruit and beer means the beer finishes dry and cleansing.
