Red Duck Midnight is a dark ale, brewedwith dark intentions. Its earthy, maltybitterness and wheat characters willintrique, and seduce all dark beerdrinkers. We used Maris Otter, ExportPilsner malt, Carared, Special Roast,Caramalt, Malt Wheat and a huge amountof Midnight Wheat. Hopped with Topazand Simcoe.Midnight is dark, rich, strongly maltedand with really big, robust darkale characters.
