A "Saison de Mars" hopped with Mosaic, Aramis, Simcoe & fermented with the world famous Thiriez house yeast.Proudly brewed and released every Mars with our friends at Brasserie Thiriez.Consumed fresh, this beer is all about the hops with the yeast hanging out backstage. Stored properly and consumed with a little age, the hops fade and the yeast takes over. We love the way the flavor profile evolves and hope you will too!
