ALBERT'S BINO #32 - ONCE IT TOUCHES YOUR LIPSDDH GUAVA, DRAGON FRUIT, HIBISCUS SOUR IPAA DDH Sour IPA brewed with Guava, Dragon Fruit, and Hibiscus sourced from HK’s Yau Ma Tei Fruit market. A kettle soured hazy IPA DDHed with New World Hops (Nectaron, Krush, Loral).Then blended with a sour hazy IPA base that’s co-fermented with the fruits. Vanilla pods are infused before packaging to add on a more tropical twist to the beer. It should drink like a lightly tart fruit punch where the hop fruitiness is further enhanced by the GDH. Finishes semi-dry where the tartness cuts through the sweetness.
