We brewed this beer in collaboration with Aaron Franklin for the 1st annual Hot Luck Fest! Aaron's dream was to have a brisket-pickle white bread sandwich and we made it happen! We added a couple loaves of white bread to the mashtun, Aaron smoked a bag of grain, and we added 2.5 gallons of Franklin's pickle juice!
