Ghost Note: Bartlett Pear & Vanilla (01/17/23)

After listening to many of your suggestions with what to do with pears in 2021, we finally got around to trying it with the batch of Bartlett pears in 2022! We added a heavy dose of fresh vanilla to a small portion of Ghost Note - Pear and the result is astounding. The vanilla enhances the sweetness of the pear, making it taste like pear candy. I wish we did a bigger blend of this. Only 13 cases were produced.
