This witbier was fermented with an appropriate Belgian strain before being re-fermented and conditioned on hibiscus, strawberry juice, whole raspberries, and orange zest.The big, juicy fruit notes imply sweetness but the beer itself is dry and refreshing. Also did we mention the beer is pink?
