This beer is similar to our English pub ales yet distinct in that it's maltier, stronger, and brewed with American hops. It is built on a grain bill of three different malts—two-row pale, Munich, and English Crystal—and dry-hopped with Citra from Washington. This brew imparts aromas of biscuit, rustic wood and grapefruit that give way to flavors of breakfast cereal, dark cherry and a touch of caramel.
