Brewed with 4 cereals (barley, oats, wheat and rye), this beer has been blended with Lambic matured for 2 years in barrels by the Lambiek Fabriek brewery. The round, spicy notes typical of this Walloon season blend with the woody, fruity and wild aromas of Lambic. This unique beverage is a reflection of Belgium: a subtle compromise between the brewing traditions of the north and south of the country, where the result sublimates the sum of its parts.
