Opacity #007

Описание

Our Opacity series is back at it again with a fun Austailian hop variety Enigma. Enigma has an extremely unique flavour profile with crisp white grape, tart red currant and sweet rockmelon. We kept the base simple with our classic nalt bill, hot-side hopping with Columbus, and Verdant for our choice of yeast. This iteration is definitely unique and stands out from other NEIPAs with the robust aroma and flavour that Enigma brings.Malt: 2-Row, @redshedmalting Malted Oats & Malted Wheat, @hogarthmalt Chit MaltHops: Columbus, EnigmaYeast: Verdant
