Astral Planes

Описание

Restricted by our size but not by our ambition, with Astral Planes we've done our best to emulate the wonderful nuance of barrel ageing character that can compliment an imperial stout so beautifully. The base beer was designed for a sweet balanced of coffee, molasses, and classic roasty toasty stout flavours. It was fermented and cold conditioned on medium toast ex bourbon barrel oak chips for six weeks, providing flavours of vanilla, coconut, smooth oak, and caramel.
