Blanche 6%vol, IBU 10. This beer style from Belgium, is one of the most historic and appreciated in craft beer culture. As a style was a traditional summer beer, sweet, refreshing acidity and aromatic note from fruit or spices usage. Important for this beer style is the use of wheat, and especially not malted wheat. Our interpretation presents herself as a vailed pale-yellow beer. As the tradition, is brewed with high amounts of wheat and un-malted wheat for the traditional vailed appearance. The protagonists of this beer are the yeast flavor from the traditional Belgian with an ester fruity aroma. Orange skin and grapefruit are added.
