Ultra Nelly is our ultra amped up, singular expression of Nelson Sauvin. One of our favorite hops from New Zealand. In this version of Nelly we use around 12lbs/bbl of Nelson throughout the process to deeply saturate the beer in all the wonderful flavors this gorgeous hop has to offer. It is also the first time we’ve employed Nelson Sauvin hop kief from @freestylehops and, no shocker here, it’s insane.The beer is named after our beloved doggo, Nelly. If you've been to our bottle shed, there's a good chance you've seen her around (she's the black/white border collie/aussie shepherd). She's a high energy nutzo farm dog, and we love her dearly.We taste notes of gooseberry, melon, tropical fruit and white wine
