A Cold IPA is a marriage between two great styles of beer: Lager and an IPA. It is a dry, clean, crushable beer that is fermented at colder temperatures for a refreshing spin on this historical style. We use a simple grain bill, which allows the hops to really shine through. The result is a very dry, refreshing, flavorful experience with a moderate to high bitterness. The traditional hops used result in strong flavors of earthy, pine and citrus. This will be very different from our normal rotation of IPA's.
