Pale ale dry hopped with a BLEND of Centennial, ginger and another herb. Dry, mildly spicy, refreshing, mildly bitter.Brewer’s note: This is made with a blend of Ginger and Centennial, so don’t expect an aggressive Ginger or Centennial character. Chose to present the ginger in a more subtle and balanced manner. Because this is not Teh Halia (aka ginger tea).
