Hoppy Blonde with Saaz and Centennial, in collab with Grandbois Wines.We created this for the wine/beer garden called Kabinett van Grandbois (a winegrower from the Moselle). For visitors to his pop-up who couldn't quench their thirst with his fantastic wines, we worked together to create something that would reflect the delicacy of the Moselle, but translated into beer. To mimic the delicate citrus and light tropical fruit found in so many wines from that region, we set to work with the delicate power hops Centennial and Saaz. Called “Kabinett” after the wines they hide in their cabinets :)
