A hubrid beer which brewed with Sake yeast, white kouji, and San Diego Super. Used only Pilsner malt to enhance the flavor from kouji and yeast straight. The Ginjo flavor and the aroma from Motieka and Sorachi Ace bring out pineapple or melon like fruitiness.
