The Craft : Reserva Edelrood – Single Barrel embodies a vision in which we integrate and fuse our homemade wines with our lambic tradition. A blend of cherry lambic and Pinot Noir, spontaneously fermented, aged in foeder, and followed by an additional year of barrel maturation.The Experience : An extra year of barrel aging on the original Edelrood blend gives this bottle exceptional refinement. Time brought soft acidity, deep wood notes,and a round, fruity character. Flavours are fully integrated and of outstanding quality. To preserve this, we bottled without refermentation, as a wine.
