We were once perusing our local market, happened upon a couple of boxes of prickly pear, and we couldn't resist! Hand scooped and blended, these deep red colored cactus fruit make for a beautiful and deliciously fruity cider. We refer to these types of ciders as dry and fruity, and the Prickly Pear brings us something uniquely interesting - a taste of Latin America. What a fun way to enjoy cactus!
