The sixth iteration of our Allyship through Collaboration series allowed us to work with Jasmine Norton, owner of Urban Oyster Company, on this Pineapple, Coconut, and Cayenne infused ale. Jasmine's keen understanding of sensory profiles and complementing flavors led to this unique, tropical idea. The pineapple puree was fully fermented out, creating a dry finish, while the cayenne produces just a touch of heat on the back end of the sip. Coconut comes through on the aroma in a big way, owing to the finished beer resting on coconut chips prior to packaging. All proceeds benefit the Job Opportunities Task Force in Baltimore.
