FOGHORN/FORTITUDE COLLABORATION BEER:Brewed at Fortitude Brewing at Mount Tamborine QLD, the second Elementary Ale takes many of the ingredients and approaches of the first brew, and adds further complexity through the use of some darker malts and a slightly lower ABV. Again, a really complex hop and yeast driven hybrid style. Some light chocolate character blends with the Saaz based hop blend and the Belgian Trappist Ale yeast to addextra depth to the brew.
