Bison is a Pale Ale utilizing hand-selected hops from our friends at Perrault Farms. Their farm, against the backdrop of Mt. Adams, hosts rows of hop vines, blueberries, and a healthy herd of bison. Pouring a soft orange color with a touch of haze, a hop bill of 100% Simcoe bursts with complexity. Notes of passionfruit, apricot, and citrus peel flow over an undercurrent of woody pine.
