Our take of the Kolsch beers of Cologne, Germany, we used a blend of citrusy hops and subtle German hops, combined with light German malts and fresh Lemon Zest, that adds a note of fresh-cut lemons, making this beer a light, crisp and refreshing beer best enjoyed on endless summer days.
