Brewed annually with our very talented brewer/friend Jared Grossman, this is our 2nd iteration of bottled sour beer produced by Monkey Town.Brewed with 12 strains of Brett, numerous strains of Lacto and Pedio and aged peacefully for a year and a half and then further bottle conditioned for 8 months, this beer represents our love of everything fermentation.
