Nectarine Dream

Brett Saison that was aged in barrels and then on whole organic BC nectarines. Initially the beer wasn't sour, but the wild microbes on the fruit skins led this beer down a newly discovered sour journey... we hope you enjoy it as much we loved making it. Cheers!
