Gluten Free Single Hop Pale Ale

We have crafted this delicious Pale Ale using Millet, a naturally gluten free ancient grain traditionally found in African brewing which has been malted before use. The addition of the malt and Citra Hops has resulted in a light gold Pale Ale finishing almost dry with a delicious tropical fruit character and hints of lime, orange and lychee.
