Hazy pale ale using Mosaic, Citra and Lotus hops. Wheat and oats provide protein haze.From Greek mytholgy, Khelone (Chelone) was a nymph from Arkadia in Southern Greece. She spurned the wedding of Zeus and Hera deciding to stay at home even though all were expected to attend. For her transgression Zeus’s messenger Hermes descended from Olympus and transformed her into a lazy tortoise.
