Cypress (Willett)

Brewed with a huge mash of Maris Otter malt and boiled for an extended period of time. It was then laid to rest in freshly dumped Willett bourbon barrels for over a year. This blend has some 2 and 3 year old barleywine added to the blend. We’re very happy with the resulting notes of sticky toffee pudding, molasses cookies, toasted pecan, and complex barrel flavors from the extended time in toasted American oak.
