This Wild Ale started with our traditional base of Carolina Gold and Raw Wheat wort. It was then transferred into a tank over berries previously used in a stainless steel spontaneous beer. We let it rest over these second use berries for 24 month and then bottle conditioned it an additional few months.The result is a funky, tart, and super complex beer that offers a sophisticated touch of berry.
