For those looking for a deeper, more complex beer experience: our Red IPA is layer-upon-layer of malt complexity. This malt richness is balanced out with the Kettle Hop additions, giving the beer a bit more bitterness to counteract the malt sweetness. Large amounts of fruity Dry Hops are crammed in post-fermentation to give the beer some refreshing melon and strawberry aromas.
