Dia é o resultado de uma colaboração com o enólogo Rui Reguinga. O estilo base é uma sour ale, com mosto de uva da casta Fernão Pires e envelhecida 8 meses em barricas de carvalho francês, dando origem a esta Sour Grape Ale, com aromas cítricos e de uva branca que, associados a uma acidez refrescante e alguns taninos provenientes da barrica, tornam esta cerveja numa verdadeira experiência sensorial.Dia is a collaboration brew with the winemaker Rui Reguinga. The base beer is a Sour Ale that was refermented withe the grape must of the Fernão Pires Grape and then aged for 8 months in French Oak barrels. This proccess gave origin to this Sour Grape Ale, with citric and white grape aromas, that paired with the refreshing acidity and the slight touch of tanins and wood, make it a truly sensorial experience!
