Fourth reincarnation of experimental series of Equinox strong Belgian ales by AF Brew.This version comes dark in a body and fermented typically for strong dark Belgian ales, but literally takes over the torch from antecedent China Equinox: má là is translated as "numbing and spicy" and is a popular sauce in Sichuan cuisine blended of Tianjin Chili (spicy) and Sichuan pepper (numbing).
