After a seven and a half month rest in bourbon barrels, we racked the resulting beverage into the finest Spanish Brandy barrels that money can buy. There is soaked up complex notes of oak, coconut, marshmallow, and dried fruit over the course of it's six month stay. It's a decadent spectacle of barrel-magic that's every bit as delightful as it sounds.
