This was inspired by the great mind @CozzCoffee, he made me an iced birch beer espresso drink that was great, so I brewed this beer. Brewed with coffee and birch, this interesting flavor combo bring a slight bitter chocolate flavor that pair perfectly with the dark malts and light body.
