This is a collab with a life long friend that is also in pursuit of his own meadery some day.But for now here is a semi sweet pineapple mead aged on habanero. We think this has the right amount of sweetness to balance out those habaneros. At first sip you will get fresh pineapple with a nice little zip of heat on the backend.
