Double mashed stout aged in very freshly dumped 12 year George Dickel barrel. Dosed when first barreled with rich, bold Mexican vanilla beans and then later dosed AGAIN with an even larger amount of delicate, creamy Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans.This is the most decadent, dense, chewy, massively rich stout we have ever made. Explosive aromas of creme brulee, fudge, and caramel. A mouthfeel so rich it drinks like a beer liqueur. Just enough balancing roast and wood stave complexity to let you know this isn't just carbonated, bourbon spiked cake-batter.Our advice is to drink fresh! The vanilla character won't be better later. Why wait?
