Event Horizon is our solera releases - each year we will draw off 1/3rd of the barrel contents to bottle, and refill with current year's Andromeada. Limited release of 48 bottles. This is a sweet, traditional mead made with local wildflower honey, and Belgian ale yeast and then blended into a gently used Dad's Hat rye whiskey barrel. First barrel addition was in 2019 with 1/3 remove/new added every year. Oak, honey and whisky character all in nice balance. Every year a bit different
