Описание

A collaboration with Concept Brewing and Wilderness Brewing.Ringmaster is the result of good people getting together to brew fun beers. This is a mixed fermented saison with a wild strain of yeast & bacteria. Aged in a barrel for a year before adding apricots and mango to finish the beer off. Sour with a complex fruitiness.A joy to brew and a pleasure to drink! Bottled on 15 Feb 2020.
