Our first go at a pastry stout is a Strudel inspired affair with lots of apple, rum and cinnamon notes. This was brewed for the 2nd stout challenge held by Punky Brewster and Moon Under Water. Enjoy this stand alone or add a touch of ice cream to make an awesome floater
