A delicious contemporary take on a Wit Beer. Pouring pale straw with haze and a rich fluffy white head.  The equal use of wheat and pilsner malt gives a rich, slightly grainy, bread dough flavour.Complex aroma and flavours of citrus and spice from the use of a speciality wheat beer yeast, and the addition of toasted coriander seeds, lemon peel, and a light dry hop of Citra.  Finishes light, yet fluffy and slightly creamy.
