DDH Galaxy Juice

Описание

Galaxy might be the Bob Dylan of hops; while beyond legendary, both spent several years being fairly meh before making excellent comebacks. To celebrate Galaxy's 'Time Out Of Mind' phase, we gave brewing a batch of DDH Galaxy Juice a shot. Much like with DDH Pulp, all we did was remove all hot-side hop additions to compensate for any increased perceived bitterness from the additional dry-hopping. We've been on a big southern hemisphere hop kick lately. DDH Galaxy Juice is just the ellipsis leading into...who even knows what next...but until then, DDH Galaxy Juice will be dropping aggressive aromatics of pineapple juice, Bartlett pears, Twining's white tea, clear gummy bears, grapefruit pith, and a finish of somewhat funky passion fruit and guava.Hops: Galaxy
